HOW WILL THE BP OIL SPILL DISASTER AFFECT YOU?

British Petroleum (BP) is now in the process of conducting damage control operations – legal liability damage control. Every person who earns their living, in whole or in part from the sea, will be affected by the BP oil spill for many years to come. If you live along the gulf coast of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama or Florida, and are in the fishing or seafood industry, resort industry, charter boat service, or any other industry that depends upon the sea, then you need to call an attorney immediately. BP may ask you to help with the clean-up and offer to pay you. BUT – they will also ask you to sign away your legal rights in exchange. The Alabama Attorney General has already ordered BP to stop this practice. Don’t allow BP to walk away from their responsibilities – Don’t be a victim TWICE! Hire an attorney to pursue your legal rights.
